Walks go whatever the weather. But Toulouse benefits from over 2062 hours of sunshine a year! Please arrive 10 minutes before the respective departure time so that we can complete some administrative formalities.

Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party.

Payment & Cancellation

On-line payment is available through PayPal in accordance with PayPal terms & conditions. Your purchase is for your own personal use & not for resale. For regular tours a cancellation & 100% refund is available if requested more than 72 hours before the scheduled walk. No refunds available within 72 hours. For Private Bookings a cancellation and 100% refund is available if requested more than 14 days before the scheduled tour. For cancellations please e-mail: contact@toulousewalkingtours.com

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
On average there are 3 walks a week – with more planned between April and October and less during the winter months. There are usually two weeks over the summer with no walks due to annual leave and on a few other long weekends when I may be away during the year. Therefore if you are buying the gift certificate with a specific date in mind (for instance if the recipients are visiting Toulouse on a certain weekend only) then please check on availability before ordering.

Acceptance of Risk

By signifying that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Booking you hereby confirm: “I assume and accept any and all risk related to related to: my participation in Toulouse Walking Tours activities; the participation of any of my dependent children in Toulouse Walking Tours activities; and the participation of any others stated in my booking in Toulouse Walking Tours activities. I release Penelope Dickinson from any liabilities connected to these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
